Crispy Fruit!

Hey to the best women's networking group in SWFL!
We all need to eat more fruit right? But when we buy it, sometimes it goes bad before we have a chance to eat it. I stumbled across an option at Fresh Market in Ft. Myers. I found a product called Crispy Green. It is freeze-dried fruit. This is interesting because I have found the dried apple and banana chips at health-food stores and in the produce sections of supermarkets but if you look at the ingredients, there is saturated fat in there! What's up with that? A banana certainly wouldn't have saturated fat! These products come in single-serving size bags and each bag would contain one serving of fruit. The little bag I have sitting here has 60 calories, and the ingredients list is: banana....nothing else, no additives, preservatives, colorings, etc. They are crunchy, which is definitely different when it comes to banana, but in a pinch, it will get me a serving of fruit and a little crunch! Other varieties I saw were: pineapple, pear and apple.
So whether you are busy training women in business or working on your own business this week, I hope you find this tip helpful!
